New Forest Energy and Dorset Energy are the trading styles wholly owned by New Forest Energy Assessors Ltd, founded by Chartered Surveyor David Howden, who has over 35 years' experience in residential, commercial and rental property.
Our Energy Assessors are fully accredited and qualified to undertake Energy Performance Certificates for dwellings, whether for sale or to rent, commercial buildings of 2,500m² or less, and public buildings larger than 1,000m².
